TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAXMIN'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).
